Riptide 14 White finished their season on March 19 and 20 by competing in the Badger Region Championships at the Wisconsin Expo Center. The girls faced some tough competition throughout the tournament, but started the tournament playing aggressive volleyball. Riptide 14 White won their first set of the tournament, topping Wisconsin Juniors 14 White 25-13. However, they couldn't hold on for the match win, and dropped the next two sets by scores of 16-25, 10-15. The close third set would be a sign of things to come for 14 White. They lost their second match of the day to Wisconsin Volleyball Academy Flyers 14 Black, which included a close second set (12-25, 21-25). In their third and final match of the first day, 14 White played their best match of the season. The match was a three set thriller, with each of the last two sets decided by only two points. After beating Block Party 14-1 in the first set by a score of 25-19, Riptide dropped a close second set 25-27. After coming so close in the second set, the girls battled down to the wire in the third set. Riptide came up just short, and dropped the match 13-15 in the third set.
Riptide's first opponent of day 2 was Eclipse 14 Lunar. The girls played well, but couldn't mount a rally. Eclipse won the match in two sets, 15-25, 18-25. Riptide dropped their second match of the afternoon by nearly identical scores to Raytown Juniors 14-1 (17-25, 18-25). The girls made one more run at the illusive first victory of the day in their final match of the season, but couldn't overcome Wisconsin Volleyball Academy 14 White (21-25, 15-25).
In a weekend in which the girls found themselves in competition with many of the top clubs from around the state, they were able to put together stretches of some of the best volleyball they played all season long.
